I felt so alone and let down, 2007
had been a tough year. I turned inwards looking for answers, I hadn’t done
anything wrong all I had done was love a man who had suddenly breezed into my
life, who had shown me how to love again. Not only that he had taught me to
love so deeply as to be unconditional. Had I not met him then I guess I would
not have developed my writing. He inspired and brought out of me, words in my
heart I never knew I had. I loved that man so deep so spiritually in a way I
never knew it was possible.
CLOSURE
You never did give me that finality
That proper end to love's fragility
You left me hanging in some kind of time warped limbo
Unable to go back, to stay the same or just go
I wanted answers, you refused to give
Or talk when all I'd done, was give
You owed me that, at the very least
All I'd done, everything for you, to please
I'm still here in this position
Like the proverbial 'Hanging man' in Tarot's supposition
what did I do to you so very bad?
You never really answered, but left me in a state of sad
To punish me for all lives ills and loves in justices past
It's not my fault your relationship of past didn't last
Why tar me with that same brush and category
I know you hurt of old and for that I'm sorry
But that is down to YOUR experiences
And nothing to do with this love's consequences
In your heart of old you know its true
I am me, not your past love who really hurt you
You never did give me closure when all I'd done was love you

We have to go through adversity to learn. We have to experience and learn from making mistakes, so that we will learn from them. Sometimes we have to step back and let those we love the most mess up, such is life, but we have to do this even though it may be painful to stand on the sidelines and watch.
When you care and love someone unconditionally, you have no preconditions, no judgments. You are simply there to pick up the pieces if needed. That’s what true friends and lovers do, similarly a good counsellor does not offer opinions or suggestions but makes the recipient aware of their choices nothing more, You have to just stand back and let them learn for themselves and if they make mistakes, let them, its the only way they will learn. As much as we love our friends dearly, you have to love them enough to let them go. If they love you, they will come back because they want to be there, but if you step in and try to foist opinions and your beliefs, you will create alienation, you have to let souls grow, let them mature, develop at their own rate, and not try to hurry what is their life s journey and not ours
I hope one day in another life time, in another place we will meet again in fact I know we will and I wonder what the challenges will be that time around. Although I am sad he left me a gift, he touched my soul, with soul love and for that I can never hate him, but will always love him Unconditionally.

Destiny is calling

There is no sense of space nor time
Clocks don't exist in the hallowed halls

AND SO CREATES A BROKEN HEART
Betrayal oh so intimate
The executer of trust
So slays a love so great
And so creates a festering wound
The blade so sharp of wounding tongue
That twists and turns so deep
That causes the heart to bleed
And so creates a scar upon the soul
The deception of lies stung as they cut
deep into the soul of love's trust
And used and thrown away
And so creates a broken heart

A PRECIOUS HEART AND THE SEQUEL
Across the deepest oceans, across the stormiest seas
My heart no longer belongs to me
I gave it away to someone whom I love
Someone i feel must have been sent to me from above
Not a day passes without them on my mind
They are so wonderful, lovely, amazing and kind
And in return I care for their gentle heart
I treat is so carefully so gently it doesn't break apart
Their heart to me is so precious you see
I am so humbled, honoured and so glad they gave it to me
I will treasure it always as some precious gem
And in return I will give all my love to them
Always and forever I mean everything
And given me such happiness you've made my heart sing
If you still your thoughts softly, gently and quietly
You will hear its quiet, haunting and beautiful melody
I gave to them the most precious things I own
My heart, my life, my soul and everything my own
Always and forever my heart I gave to you
Always and forever my love for you will be true
And you know nothing has changed a thing
My heart would truly still sing
If ever you were to grow near
for in my heart I hold you so dear
For now it sits heavy in my breast and so alone
Missing the other heart it thought was its own
Till one very sad and lonely day
You came and you stole it back away
It feels so heavy so missing its twin
For that heart was so very in
Love with yours till that fated day
A fight, a row and you took its mate away
It doesn't sing any more instead it hurts real bad
Instead of singing it sobs so sad
Its so very sorry it made your heart mad
It really didn't mean to do
It wishes it could explain its love for you
Instead it weeps although the night
And tears it cries and yet tries with all its might
For you to listen to beg to you
It wants you to know it so loves you

SWEET KISSES, WHISPERED FANTASIES
A melody of passion plays
Sweet kisses whispered fantasies
Soft bites, sweet pain I hear you say
Come close so that we may dance
Come close so that I might drown
Engulfed within your heady fragrance
Sweet wine drip from your lips
Such honeyed kiss
Firm fingers trail down my spine to rest upon my hips
Pull me close and closer still
Let us dance love together
You have me crazed I have no will
When waves a torrent come crashing
We drift the seas together
Until the calmness stills the sweet lashing
From sweet melodic beginnings
To crescendos of great passion
For deep inside my heart, listen, my soul is singing

SOUL LOVE
Endless as the heavens for eternally forever
As deep as the darkest ocean, can never sever
Spiritual love
Looking up at the skies I see that star
It gives bright hope although so far
Hope for one day to meet once more
I will meet again, those eyes as before
And taste your passions fruit
Never wanes or dies Soul love spans all time
For eternally entwined
One is part of the other as the other is part of the whole
Never knew you existed for my heart you stole
For some who do not understand
For feelings to be shared
Love has to be given freely all truth must be aired
Sometimes the truth hurts and pains and bleeds the heart
For sometimes too love hurts so bad, time must be spent apart
But a silver cord is threaded to, your soul from me to you
Sending healing comforts and unconditional love too
Even when impossibilities stretch ahead and cloud and pain the heart
I will always be in spirit behind guiding and encouraging although so apart
For you I have boundless feelings, there's no beginning and no ending
Like the stars in heavens sky
There's never any need to ask why
There's just a knowing of what is meant to be
If I could have a wish for mankind it would be to see
For when spirit touches your heart your soul is set to fly free

Hollow inside, hollow promises
Aching never goes away
Where do I go, what do I do
My whole existence was focused on you
My heart bleeds cut to the core
And the twisted knife of pain cuts so deep
I believed your words to be so true
I believed it when you said I love you
I am bound and chained unable to move
By the wounding hurting pain of love
When will this bleeding of my soul begin to cease
And the ache in my heart start to ease
My soul is lost without its mate
And I try and turn my love into hate
But I cant no matter how so much
I am empty, lost and devoid of such
I will never cease from loving you
And until you tell me otherwise I'll believe you do too
Tell me to just go away
Or tell me please to say you'll stay
But don't leave me hanging by this thread
I cry so much alone in my lonely bed
Tired from fit less sleep

Etched upon my heart
You touched my soul
Softly like a silken feather
And yet the imprint that it left
Carved out your presence
And lives on like the light
From some distant star
Light from thousands of years gone by
Shining brightly burning softly
A flame smoulders and dwells there
Deep inside my heart
I cannot extinguish no matter how
A million tear drops will not
Dowse that flame

The first sunbeams dance
And softly tickle, play against the wall
As I open my eyes I see,
Like I see, for the very first time
I rub my eyes gently
And I smile softly
Tracing my tongue along my lips
I still taste you
I look at you quietly
Staring at you for a moment
I know from your soft smile you're dreaming
I smile a knowing smile
inside my heart laughs and giggles
I see your lashes flicker
And I gaze deeply into your eyes
I see your soul and all that dwells there
Words , not versed
I read your eyes
And you read mine
I can lose myself forever in those depths
I would not care to ever escape
I am your willing captive
I give to you all that I am
My most valued possessions my heart and my soul
Gladly take them as
You take and consume me

I die a little death

Visiting places unseen
Of paradise explored
Such torrid screams
Of violent

A DIARY OF A LOVE AFFAIR
Those tender sweet beginings
I called you sweet
You said you no I'm not
And god I thought you were so hot
I couldn't wait for that next mail
With building excitement and trepidation
Through this sweet trance I'd sail
We had the silly stupid fights
We'd say the stupidest of things
And then we'd make up all the night
What a sweet rollercoaster
Up and down and all over
Full of passion and crazed raw emotions
Of wanting and needing
God what a commotion
And then one day
You had to say
Words I wasn't familiar with
Not for me I thought
Suspiction rained I ought
To have seen it comming
You said I'd changed
If I had it was not my doing
You seemed so cold I felt it so
You'd cooled so much I know
And then came the days that became so long
Long lonely nights pouring tears into my favourite song
It no longer is I cant bear to hear
It cuts me up and makes me shed a tear
Of passions hot that burning kind
Of passions where you feel you're loosing your mind
And then I knew there was no more excuses
You always promised you would say
if you felt you couldn't stay
It would have been better had it been that way
But no you had to take it all wrong
So now all I have is that song
No more can I listen it cuts me up inside
All because of your stupid damn pride
To admit we all make mistakes
You got it all wrong you made it a mess
All you had to do was answer a yes
And admit it was a stupid fight
And now I cant bear to have you in sight
Not because I am angry or mad
I am just feeling so low and sad
Of silly miscontrued conversations
You got it all wrong why cant you see
You got all the wrong impression from me
And all because of stupid pride
We're both cut up and hurting inside
Maybe one day you'll see what you've lost
The love of a woman who loved you the most
She loved you enough to let you go
She never could hate you for fucking up so
